(Junior) FP&A Controller (m/f/x)

We foster rebuy’s understanding of performance drivers and turn dry numbers into actionable insights. As part of the team, you will be closely working with our head of controlling supporting financial budgeting & forecasting processes and being involved in the regular monthly management & investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• During your first months you will get to know all parts of our business, and deep dive into the existing planning & reporting infrastructure in order to gain in-depth understanding of the month-end reporting process and identify steps for improvement

• You will be deeply involved in the monthly management & investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, appropriate commenting and finalization on time

• You will be in the driver's seat when it comes to indirect costs controlling, by administrating and developing the existing reporting formats and discuss plan deviations with the relevant stakeholders

• Further you will play a crucial role within the budgeting and forecasting processes, by not only working on the parts which fall under your responsibility but also reviewing the inputs from further rebuy’s business units as well as having an eye on the overall timeline

• On top of FP&A specific topics you´ll also be involved in more general/central controlling processes by supporting the other controlling functions (Commercial and Operations), and “as always” taking care of ad-hoc tasks

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration or similar

• You have gained first professional experience, at least 1-2 years, ideally in an FP&A function, ecommerce would be a plus

• Well-marked analytical thinking together with the ability to grasp the ‘big-picture’ and at the same time dive deep into details that drive it

• Your communication style is concise and stakeholder oriented

• You are fluent in English and an expert in Excel and/or GoogleSheets, SQL and Looker knowledge would be a plus

• Berlin - Home Office (minimum 1 day per week in the office)
