We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will support the creation and execution of CRM Campaigns

Job description

We are looking for a motivated CRM Manager to join our Marketing team and help us deliver best-in-class customer communication. This role will support the planning, creation, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns and automated journeys across email, push, and in-app.

You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and the SFMC Developer to ensure smooth operations, effective segmentation, and data-driven improvements.

This role will have immediate impact and provide plenty of opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and deploy CRM campaigns (emails, push, in-app), ensuring high quality and on-time delivery

  • Support segmentation and targeting (using existing audience lists and working on new ones)

  • Assist in managing and QAing CRM lifecycle journeys 

  • Execute, analyze and document A/B tests

  • Monitor performance dashboards and flag anomalies 

  • Keep campaign briefs, templates, and documentation organized and up to date 

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams on campaign requirements

Job requirements

  • First experience in CRM role (internship, working student role, or 1–3 years professional)

  • Hands-on experience with an ESP (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus, but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline

  • Responsibility: ability to own campaigns end-to-end 

  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret campaign results and identify improvements

  • Motivated, curious, and comfortable learning new tools and systems

  • Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken & written)
