Working Student: Social Media Content Creator (m/f/x)

As our Working Student: Social Media Content Creator, you’ll join us at a pretty exciting turning point. We’re currently hitting the "reset" button on our social strategy, and we need someone who doesn't just use TikTok and Instagram, but actually getsthem.

You won't just be an assistant here; you'll be a key player in helping rebuy find its new voice and making circular living look as cool as it actually is.

In this role, you’ll be doing a bit of everything; from spotting a viral sound before it peaks to being the face of our daily brand stories. One hour you might be filming a "scroll-stopping" video in-house, and the next you’ll be hanging out in the comments, building real connections with our community. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ideas actually go live instead of just sitting in a slide deck.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: you’ll be the voice in our comments, hanging out with our followers, answering questions, and building a real connection with our niche communities

• Trend Scouting: You’ll stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends, viral sounds, and niche conversations as they happen. You’ll help us translate what’s bubbling up on the FYP into creative, actionable ideas that keep our brand relevant

• In-House Content Creation: You’ll help concept, film, and edit authentic content for our TikTok and Instagram. You should be comfortable being on camera and have a good eye for what makes a video "scroll-stopping"

• Social Organization & Planning: You’ll keep our content calendar organized, ensuring that posts go live on time and our profiles stay polished and up to date

• Creator Support: You’ll help manage our pool of external creators by organizing their submissions, making sure we have all the assets we need, and keeping our creator lists up to date

• Raffles & Specials: You’ll help organize and execute organic raffles and community giveaways to keep our audience excited and engaged

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is also welcome if you have a strong creative track record

• A "Social Media Native" with a deep personal understanding of TikTok and Instagram; you know the trends, sounds, and formats before they even hit the mainstream

• On-camera confidence is key; you genuinely enjoy presenting, storytelling, and being the face of a digital brand

• Technical proficiency in mobile video production, including hands-on experience with editing tools like CapCut or similar apps to create high-quality Reels and TikToks

• Native-level fluency in German is required for community engagement and copywriting, along with very good English skills for our internal team communication

• Proactive, trend-oriented, and reliable, with a "hands-on" mindset and the ability to keep a content calendar organized in a fast-paced environment

• Eager to learn and contribute to a brand "reset," taking ownership of daily community interactions as well as creative content experiments
