Product Manager - Customer Facing (m/f/x)

As Product Manager (Customer Facing) your mission will be to help us to make selling and buying pre-owned products a fast, easy, and delightful experience.

Working within a cross-functional team composed of engineers, product designers, UX researchers, and UX writers, you will create a landscape of opportunities to deliver great value to our customers (and to our business), then you will prioritize and decide what is the most important problem to tackle, ideate different solutions, and finally, you will measure the impact of your developments and iterate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep knowledge of our customer's needs

• Incorporate data, UX research, and market analysis to inform your product roadmap.

• Constantly experiment to validate or refute the hypothesis

• Define goals and objectives for new products and features and measure the performance after launch.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product Design, and UX research.

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager in consumer-facing products

• Ability to break down complex customer problems into tangible pieces

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience carrying on user research

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability managing multiple stakeholders from different domains
