Paid Social Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for a high energy, data driven Paid Social Manager to join our Marketing team. This isn’t just a “button-pushing” role; we need a strategic thinker who is obsessed with the “messy middle” of the customer journey.

Your mission will be to own and optimize our mid-funnel strategy, turning passive interest into active intent and high value conversions across Meta and emerging social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Paid Social Execution: Lead full-funnel initiatives, from initial creative strategy and campaign setup to continuous multi-channel optimization and the delivery of actionable performance insights

• Structured Growth Testing: Design and manage comprehensive testing frameworks - from hypothesis development (creative and bidding) to scaling high-impact learnings across all product categories

• Post-Click Experience Optimization: Partner with Product teams to A/B test conversion initiatives, specifically focusing on landing page performance and user flow testing

• Multi-Platform Channel Management: Oversee a diverse campaign portfolio across Meta, Google Demand Gen, and emerging social platforms to ensure a cohesive brand presence

• Performance Financial Management: Direct budget pacing and forecasting, managing everything from daily spend allocation to rigorous efficiency monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals

• AI-Driven Operational Innovation: Implement automated workflows for creative iteration and insight generation, deploying AI tools to accelerate production and improve organizational efficiency

• Proven Platform Expertise: 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing high-growth paid social accounts

• The "Creative Scientist" Mindset: You possess a passionate interest in creative strategy. You don’t just look at CPA; you analyze why a hook worked, how a visual style influenced retention, and how to brief creative teams to iterate on winning concepts

• Analytical Rigor: Highly proficient in data storytelling. You are comfortable navigating attribution models to translate raw numbers into a narrative that informs our next move

• Entrepreneurial Ownership: You operate with a "founder" mentality. You are a self-starter who isn't afraid to test unconventional tactics to achieve growth

• Tech-Forward: Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in operational efficiency
