Acquisition Manager, Paid Search & PLA Focused (m/f/x)

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and forward-thinking Acquisition Manager to own and scale our Google Search and Shopping channels, driving efficient user acquisition and proving true business value through the lens of incrementality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end execution, budget allocation, and optimization of all SEA & PLA campaigns

• Own the audience segmentation strategy, specifically leveraging 1st-party data to build advanced, cohort-based bidding strategies

• Lead product feed management, ensuring data health, optimal categorization, and maximum visibility within Google Merchant Center and feed management platforms

• Coordinate closely with Category Managers and Product teams to run continuous feed-based experiments and landing page optimizations

• Translate commercial inputs into highly targeted performance marketing activities, ensuring ad spend directly supports high-priority business sectors

• Integrate AI and automation into daily workflows, leveraging smart bidding algorithms and ad scripts to eliminate manual overhead and optimize at scale

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on SEA & PLA. Experience with Microsoft Ads and Amazon Ads is a plus 

• Demonstrated experience in feed management and optimization using tools like Channable and Google Merchant Center

• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or CRM tools to manipulate 1st-party data and build cohort-based audiences

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate effectively between technical product teams and commercial category managers

• A growth mindset that treats every campaign as a test, prioritizing continuous experimentation and data-backed learning
