As an employee of our customer service in technical support, you will actively work on customer satisfaction and act primarily as external support for our customers with technical questions. You will define processes and optimize existing procedures, especially concerning technical support. You will work on more complex topics, assist our customers, and have direct customer contact. You will also be jointly responsible for back-office tasks and can organize yourself independently. You will also help create a technical FAQ. 

Successful applicants will undergo multiple interviews conducted in GERMAN. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • You support our customers with technical questions and challenges, primarily by telephone

  • You are responsible for providing and maintaining appointments so that our customers reliably receive their booked callback

  • If required, you support in processing regular customer inquiries via call, email, chat and social media

  • You document customer conversations in our systems

  • You contribute to continuous optimization in the area of ​​consumer electronics through your proactive feedback and thus also ensure an improvement in the customer experience and customer satisfaction

  • You use your knowledge to support the development of a technical FAQ

  • You create tutorials, instructions and presentations in the technical area and train colleagues if necessary

  • You work a 5-day week (Monday to Saturday in shift work)

Job requirements

Qualifications:


  • German Native Speaker is a mandatory requirement for this role. (Minimum C1 proficiency level)

  • Professional experience in the area of ​​customer service, retail for electronic devices or in the repair service for electronic devices

  • Strong customer and Service Orientation

  • Open, receptive and friendly manner

  • Problem-solving orientation, reliability and resilience

  • Willingness to help and openness to change in a dynamic environment

  • Skilled handling of electronic items such as consoles, cell phones, laptops and various operating systems
